What is a pre-order?

A pre-order reserves your collectible before its official release. Estimated shipping dates are listed on each product page.

When will my pre-order ship?

Each collectible has its own expected release window. If that changes, we will notify you by email.

Can I order in-stock items with pre-orders?

Yes. Unless otherwise noted, your order will ship together once all items are available.

How Much is Shipping?

Standard Shipping is $7.95.

Orders over $100 qualify for FREE shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days.

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3-7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States.

We hope to expand internationally in the future.

Are these officially licensed Bible products?

Olive & Stone creates original Bible-inspired collectible designs. They are not affiliated with or endorsed by any specific denomination or publisher.

Are the collectibles limited edition?

Yes. Many of our releases are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.

What comes inside each blind box?

Every blind box includes:

  • One collectible figure
  • Collector Card
  • Faith Guide
  • Checklist

(Some releases may include additional surprises)!

Can I return my order?

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must remain in their original condition and packaging.

My item arrived damaged.

We are so sorry!

Please email contact@oliveandstone.org within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage.
