REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Returns

We want you to love your Olive & Stone collectibles.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• In resalable condition

Opened blind boxes cannot be returned unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened blind boxes
• Opened plush keychains
• Digital products
• Gift cards
• Clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and include photographs of the item and packaging.

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
